Step One · Evaluation
Medical Evaluation With a DOL-Certified MD or PA
You'll be seen by a medical doctor or physician assistant who specialises in federal injury cases. They'll examine you, diagnose your injury, document it correctly for OWCP, and begin building the medical record your claim needs to be approved.
This is the single most important step in your entire OWCP case — and it's the one where most clinics get it wrong. If their notes don't speak OWCP's language, your claim may be denied.
They will also complete CA-17 or OWCP-5C Duty Status Reports to give you work restrictions (if needed) to give your employer.
Step Two · Paperwork
Full Claims Filing and Paperwork Support
Our case management team — Amy and Alexis — handle the paperwork almost nobody else will touch. That includes helping you file CA-1 and CA-2 forms through ECOMP, helping you submit CA-7 and CA-7A wage-loss claims, and preparing the medical narratives OWCP needs to keep approving your care.

Step Three · Treatment

Step Four · Rehabilitation
Physical Therapy, Massage and Specialist Care
We move into hands-on care right away. One-on-one physical therapy with a therapist who stays with you the whole hour. Massage therapy where it's clinically indicated. Orthopaedic, pain management and imaging referrals inside the network if you need them.
Every session generates the clinical documentation OWCP needs to keep approving your care — functional assessments, progress measurements, return-to-work readiness. No shortcuts.
